welcomes you in an 18th century stone house in the quiet, historic and typical district of Lambourg in the heart of the capital of the Pays Bigouden (where the headdress is the highest!). Decorated in an antique style, it offers a perfect blend of modernity and tradition. Former café of Maria Lambourg, famous Bigoudène, local emblematic figure and known to all by Tipiak advertisements on television, the house offers comfort, equipment, volume, brightness as well as an enclosed courtyard without vis-à-vis.
The house is on 3 floors and ideal for up to 5 people.
Equipped with 5 new beds of very good quality (Valentin local manufacture) - the beds are made on your arrival.
The location of the house allows you to access to/at:
- Shops (Pharmacy, bakery, newsagent, tobacconist, pizzeria) at 80 meters
- Shops and restaurants at 5 minutes walk (hyper center)
- The river and the port of Pont-l'Abbé at 100 meters
- Hiking trail GR34 at 200m from the towpath
- Fine sandy beaches at 10 minutes by car
- Wild beaches (Surf spot of La Torche) at 20 minutes by car
- Fishing ports (Le Guilvinec) and Quimper at 15 minutes by car car.
On the 1st floor:
- a large bedroom equipped with a large KING size bed (180x200) or two beds of 90x200 and a travel cot.
- a small bedroom equipped with a single bed (90x200)
- a reading corner
- a bathroom (large shower) and toilet sanibroyeur
- washing machine and dryer

On the 2nd floor:
- a large bedroom equipped with a large KING size bed (180x200) or two beds of 90x200.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed courtyard facing West, without vis-à-vis, surrounded by stones, perfect for your moments of relaxation in the summer. Ideal for your meals, breaks, barbecues with family, friends or colleagues, it is also protected from winds throughout the year, offering you a peaceful and pleasant space out of sight. The kitchen is very close to the courtyard, making it easy to use.
The house is rentable in all seasons. A supplement of 17 euros is applied per night from the 4th person.
You can park in the rue de Lambour and in the nearby streets, in the church parking lot (the area is outside the blue zone).
Pricing:
The house is rented all seasons, for 3 nights (low season from November to March), 4 nights (mid season April-May-October), 7 nights (high season July-August) to several weeks or months.
high season: 110 € June – 120 € July August – 125 € from 1 to 15 August
mid season: 95 € April May September, 110 € weekends 1, 8 May and Ascension Day
low season: 90 € October to March, 100 € All Saints' Day weekend, 120 € from 20 to 31 December and 1 January.
*A flat rate of 130 euros for heating is included per month in the price of the rental (20 kWh). Provide an extra charge for actual heating for consumption higher than this package (linky meter reading).
**A flat rate of 150 litres of water per person per day is included in the rental price. Provide a supplement for actual consumption for consumption higher than this flat rate (water meter reading).
