First floor: GARDEN SIDE
A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a large table and chairs; 1950s furniture, a south-facing garden with a large terrace, garden furniture with an awning, sun loungers, and a separate WC.
Second floor: three bedrooms, a separate WC, a bathroom, and two toilets. The sleeping accommodations on the north side consist of a dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds and a cot, storage, and an adjoining bathroom; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), storage, and a toilet; and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), storage, and a toilet, all with a garden view.
Third floor: A north-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 2 cm) and storage.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL: An apartment on the same floor, comprising an entrance hall, a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a tabletop refrigerator, two electric hobs, a microwave, and small appliances; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm); a shower room; and a separate toilet.
