Welcome aboard our cozy houseboat nestled in the Perry Marina! Uniquely crafted by legendary artist, immerse yourself in The Felix Experience. This houseboat is the largest one we have on the fleet, reach unit 40 feet long and 16 feet wide. There’s more than enough space, with the balcony in the back overlooking the water and entire rooftop deck.
Boat living is not for everyone and we want everyone to have a great experience. Climbing aboard may be difficult for those with hip, knee, or other mobility issues. There are stairs to access the boat and within the boat. You may have to make a longer than usual step to access the boat. Use handrails with caution.
Think of this experience as a unique glamping experience, not a luxury hotel stay! If you keep this mentality, you will not be disappointed!
If you are sensitive to the smell of sea water, an overnight stay on a boat may not be for you.
Be aware that hot water is very limited and showers on the boat will not be glamorous, for this reason, we strongly encourage use of the shower house.
The toilet onboard is emptied weekly. We encourage minimal toilet paper usage and going number two at the marina, if possible.
The boat will remain stationary for your stay. If you are interested in a chartered experience, just let us know and we will help coordinate that with a captain.
The Perry offers great shower facilities that are a short walk from the boat. We will provide you with the key code to access these amenities.
