Please Note:
• A refundable security deposit of 300,000 KRW is required due to the pool facility.
• The shared areas are monitored by CCTV for safety.
• Minors are allowed only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No smoking is allowed indoors.
• Parking is not available on the premises.
• Bath bombs or any additives are not allowed in the pool. A fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged if used.
• Pets are not allowed.
※ Up to 4 guests are included in the standard rate. For each additional guest, there is a $50 charge per person. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic place in Seoul, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how amazing the neighborhood was. It’s vibrant and lively, filled with charming cafes, shops, and attractions that made exploring the city a joy.The accommodation itself was incredibly spacious, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated how well it was designed, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. Communication was seamless; they were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.Overall, my time in Seoul was unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to come back to this amazing place. If you’re considering a stay in Seoul, look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

Me and my wife stayed at this penthouse in Hongdae for 7 days. It was absolutely incredible. The host greeted us to make sure we knew where everything was and how to properly use all things house related. They were also attentive with any needs. The pool in the penthouse is such a fantastic touch as well. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Seoul!
