About this house rental

Glas Hongdae offers exclusive use of the entire 5th floor, featuring a private rooftop swimming pool, chic interiors, and sweeping city views. Please Note:
• A refundable security deposit of 300,000 KRW is required due to the pool facility.
• The shared areas are monitored by CCTV for safety.
• Minors are allowed only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No smoking is allowed indoors.
• Parking is not available on the premises.
• Bath bombs or any additives are not allowed in the pool. A fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged if used.
• Pets are not allowed.
※ Up to 4 guests are included in the standard rate. For each additional guest, there is a $50 charge per person. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Communication was excellent and the host was so thoughtful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hongdae - look no further. The pool was so fun and it was a quiet area to relax. 10/10!

The apartment was brilliant. Very clean, with plenty of room. The style was modern, but still comfortable.
The best aspects of the stay was the location and the hosts being so acommodating.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Seoul, the convenience of nearvy transport links is brilliant and the local neighbourhood is very peaceful, whilst also being very accessible from busier areas like Hongdae shoping street.
The outdoor space and pool are very nice, and makes it a unique choice compared to nearby hotels for example. You can relax just as easily as you can party and enjoy music with the very nice sounds system.
If I ever visit Seoul again, I would book here without hesitation.

The apartment is truly unique and an amazing place to make your stay in Seoul truly memorable. Ideal location - a hub of eateries and shops within easy walking distance. Best of all - the wonderful hosts who always went above and beyond to make every aspect of the stay perfection!
