Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, baby kit (travel cot and high chair)).
Outdoor table on the terrace.
Living room: Table, chairs, sofa bed, fireplace with insert, TV. Ski storage. 1 shower room with WC.
Free access to the swimming pool located at reception (private to residents). Free parking.

-First floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed

The residence consists of 3-star solid wood chalets that offer well-being and relaxation in a high-quality material. These magnificent accommodations are located close to the ski slopes, shops, and the snow front, just a 5-minute walk away. Facing south/southwest, these mountain chalets enjoy exceptional sunshine in both summer and winter and a superb view of the Dévoluy massif.
You also have access to the swimming pool (every day from 10 [hidden] to 7 [hidden] during opening hours) and the sauna (for a fee and by reservation), both private to the condominium. The swimming pool and sauna are open from December 13, 2025, to April 12, 2026, and from June 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026.
