About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish getaway with conversation, morning coffee or evening cocktails on the back porch while overlooking waters of a quiet cove, or adventure out in kayaks and lifetime memories at The Blue House.
This lakefront retreat is set up for summer fun, sun, and enjoyment or quiet weekend getaways the rest of the year.
Lots of entertainment options with games and a pool table.
The property and neighborhood feature tall oak trees surrounding the cove and the property, direct waterfront acce
The space
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, attached bathroom. The room includes a dedicated workspace, TV, USB charging ports, and a comfortable sitting area to look out over the back deck and lakefront.
The second bedroom provides a comfortable double bed, TV, USB charging ports, closet, and back deck views of the lakefront.
The third bedroom provides two bunk beds with a total of four twin beds to accommodate additional guest. The room also has a reading nook with children's books available.
The home comes furnished with a comfortable living area with TV that includes Google Chrome for connecting to your favorite streaming apps as well as Bluetooth sound system for playing your music from your device.
The home is furnished with board games and a pool table for having lots of fun!
Outside, the back patio includes plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tall oak trees and quiet waterfront views of the cove. Sit back and enjoy a coffee in the morning, or other drinks in the evening.
Have dinner with the family with a table and plenty of seating areas on the deck, including a small picnic table for our younger guests.
Two two-person kayaks are also available for guests to use along with life jackets. Please use at your own risk. Enjoy your time on the water and be safe!
The dock includes a jet ski lift which can be used by guests if you bring a jet ski. Please use at your own risk and be careful not to get the electrical cord wet.
The dock also includes a second story for laying out to enjoy the sunshine.
Nearby at the marina, there is a good restaurant if you'd like to have dinner on the water.

There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
The curved driveway has sprinkler heads and lighting along it so please take care to avoid running over them.
There is an RV parked on one side of the home and a boat in the slip that belong to the host's family which are not currently available for guest use.

The Blue House was very nice, clean, stocked with everything we needed and beautiful location. It is located on the west side of the lake which isn’t as busy as the east side in a very nice neighborhood. It is close to Figs for excellent dining, Triple N Ranch winery, the Lone Star Marina to rent boats and PWC’s and Brookshire Brothers Grocery store. Everything you need or want for an amazing vacation on the lake. Brian was an excellent host. He was always available to provide information about the rental and answer any questions. We would recommend renting The Blue House on Cedar Creek Lake.
