Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

As told to the owner, we are Chula Vista Signature members so know what to expect from these condos and the place was awesome as usual, however, since we’ve been coming there since they built those condos, they really need to do some updates as I personally have seen the same furniture for well over a decade. The sofa in this unit needs to be totally replaced as the cushions literally sink seemingly to the ground and it’s a challenge to close it if you open the bed. Additionally, the carpet is very tattered and the Batteries for the remote for the main TV were dead as well but outside of that. The room was perfect and the owners amazing! Would go back there again!

Loved it! Kitchen could use more staple items for cooking, but everything was great! Very clean, tons of space, lots of fluffy towels, and the layout of the condo worked really well for a big family.

We stayed in the 8-person condo. It was even bigger than the pictures make it appear. We knew from other comments to bring stuff to cook with, as it's hit or miss what cooking supplies they have on hand, but otherwise they were well-stocked with towels, bedding, tp, etc.
The owners are not on site, so if you need something it may take a day, but their customer service is very responsive via phone and text. We had a lot of neighbors - college students and families with little kids - and we could barely hear anything through the walls. We'd definitely book here again. We loved the in-room Jacuzzi and all the kid-friendly pool options.

Unit is within a resort with a number of amenities and is close to the downtown area and all area attractions. Unit is a little dated and could use additional kitchen supplies, but it is clean, spacious and accommodated our group of 6 well.
