In the heart of Derby, it’s just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment including the Dinosaur park and The Sandbox.

-The backyard fence is a shadow box and has bigger openings
-The Dishwasher is not mounted. Do not open.
-This is a quiet neighborhood so please keep the noise level low after 10pm
-There is no washer and dryer

This home is nice and roomy. We were also very happy to bring our dog and make use of the fenced back yard. The home could use some cosmetic updates, but the beds were comfortable and the a/c works great! We really appreciated the flexibility of our hosts as well as the awesome communication!
