Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 32m² apartment combines the calm and serenity of the banlieue while still being close to Paris and its beautiful attractions !
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, Japanese rice cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a towel dryer.
You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
A smoke detector is installed for your safety.
Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Bois-Colombes is a quiet and charming suburb northwest of Paris, ideal for visitors looking to stay near the city while enjoying a more peaceful atmosphere. You will appreciate its local markets, parks, and Haussmann-style architecture. It offers a more authentic, off-the-beaten-path Parisian experience, with easy access to central Paris via Line J. Paris's main landmarks remain just a short train ride away.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Multiple bus stops are nearby.
The nearest train station, Bois-Colombes (line J), is just a 10-minute walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
