About this house rental

You're right on the water and next to the trail! This beach house is on the Keweenaw Waterway only 10 minutes east of Lake Superior. One mile west of downtown Houghton and all things Michigan Tech, this 3-Queen-bed and 3-bath house has its own private dock and heated garage for a blast of a family vacation. Go kayaking, swimming, fishing, or access the Bill Nichols trail with your sleds, bikes, or side by sides. You'll be close to everything, but conveniently serene.

Older photos did not show house surrounded by new child play area, rv park & other small cabins little privacy. Hit & miss on home upgrades. No iron, had to buy from Walmart as attending wedding. Need heat/ac unit remote manual. Pros: great location, kayak rentals, comfy bed.
