Le Mas du Jasmin is an old stone mazet, with an area of 200m2, nestled in Oppède in Provence with splendid views of the Luberon and its mythical hilltop village of Oppède-le-Vieux.
The Mas can comfortably accommodate 8 people who will be seduced by the charm and luxury
of this contemporary, recently renovated property.
In the heart of the vineyards, it is out of sight that this seasonal rental of
prestige.
The accommodation
The Mas
We want your time at the Mas du Jasmin to be synonymous with calm and serenity, for this our manager accompanies you from your arrival and for your departure.
Convinced that a pleasant welcome is essential to the smooth running of your stay, we provide you with a welcome basket composed of local products.
Le Mas du Jasmin has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8 people, ideally designed for two families or groups of friends.
Common areas
On the first floor you will find the living rooms consisting of a fitted kitchen and its communicating laundry room. All the necessary equipment for your comfort is available (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and freezer). This room also includes a guest toilet.
In its continuity, the living room and dining room, with their chic and contemporary decoration, offer a beautiful luminosity creating a warm atmosphere.PGJyPg
Sleeping areas
The sleeping area is divided into two parts accessible by two separate staircases.
The first access is from the main entrance and will lead you to two bedrooms (1 and 2) each with a 160x200 bed sharing a bathroom with toilet.
Via the second staircase from the dining room, you will access the master suite with a 180x200 bed, television, an open shower room and a toilet. The fourth bedroom (4) has two 90x200 beds, television, an open bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outdoor spaces
A first landscaped courtyard and its fountain quickly gives way to the pool house area, equipped with a barbecue, where it is pleasant to dine in the summer gathered around its large mosaic table.
This space includes shower and separate toilet.
A last space takes you to the edge of the 16x4m swimming lane, heated on request and secure, near a shaded terrace where you can peacefully enjoy the last rays of sunshine and an exceptional view of the Luberon.
The property is fully air-conditioned (kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms) and has an electric gate with digicode and an alarm.
Maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out weekly.
An intermediate cleaning service is included in the service (2 at 3 a.m. per week).
A concierge service is also available on request.
The manager remains at your disposal throughout your stay.
