Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom condo in the heart of Ballard! Ideal for single travelers or couples, this bright, open and modern space has a large kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the famous Ballard Farmers market. Enjoy the panoramic sunset views of Seattle from the rooftop deck while warming your feet by the firepit. You will have convenient access to a first floor gym and a designated parking spot.
Spacious & desirable 700 square foot south facing end-unit in the dog friendly VIK condominiums. Ideally located in the heart of vibrant Ballard w/ 97 walk-score. Open floorplan is flooded with warm light. Open concept kitchen designed for entertaining w/ bar top seating & upscale stainless appliances. PARKING: We have a designated parking spot inside the buildings secured parking garage.
Expansive west facing rooftop deck, dog run, dog wash room, fitness center, bicycle storage room & a modern lobby w/ a helpful concierge. Just steps to Ballard's renowned shopping, hip restaurants, iconic music venues & is minutes to Golden Gardens Park, Amazon, Fremont, Seattle’s Waterfront & is an effortless commute to downtown.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all of the condo's shared amenities. Guests also have access to a designated parking spot in the building’s secured parking garage.
Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations via text or call.

The closest light rail station is the U district station. The station is about 3.5 miles from the home or a 13 min drive.
Bus
The closest bus stop is the NW Market St & 20th Ave NW station. The station is .1 miles from the home or a 2 min walk.
Uber & Lyft
The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away.
Turo & Car2Go
You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. I’m addition to the rolling A/C unit, we have provided a fan for the bedroom. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Lastly, please note the bedroom does not have a door on it.
Please no shoes in the house.
Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)
Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.
We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the unit as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.
