About this house rental

Enjoy a family friendly experience at this centrally-located craftsman home. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and parks all within walking distance. Multiple Public Transit options available. Easy commute to Lake Washington, Lake Union, the stadiums and arena, Space Needle, Woodland Park Zoo, Downtown, Pike Place Market, China Town, University District, and Capitol Hill. The main floor of this home possesses a comfortable living room that opens up into a spacious, well stocked kitchen. Both of which, receive a lot of natural light. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms, one containing a King and the other Queen sized bed, and a bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. The basement offers a second bathroom with shower, bedroom with Queen sized bed, free laundry facilities and TV room with sofa that folds down to provide a fourth bed if needed.

This house is perfect for family travel. The house is cleaned and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are newly remodeled and have all amenities needed. The pictures on the website need to updated to show all of the positive and nice features the house has. The kitchen is well stocked with retro appliances. Bonus point: the house is two blocks to the Very famous restaurant called Fats!
