Welcome to this 61m² country house, designed for 4 people and ideally located in Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat, near Sarlat.
Outside, a 20m2 terrace with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the long summer days.
Enter and discover a beautiful living space. On one side, a lounge with sofas invites you to settle in to gather around an aperitif, watch a film or follow a sporting event on television. On the other side, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with: mixed hob (gas and electricity), refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need. A round table awaits you nearby to share delicious meals with your loved ones.
At night, you will find two bedrooms upstairs: a first one with a double bed (140x200) and a second with two single beds (80x200). Both have a wardrobe and a small desk. A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer and a separate toilet complete this floor.
For added convenience, a washing machine and an iron are available in the house. Sheets and towels are included in the rental.
The accommodation is located on a shared property with the host's house. Dogs live on site and may bark, but they are friendly. Being in the countryside, you will enjoy an authentic setting with a neighbouring farm and its animals. A hunting dog kennel is also nearby. In summer, the presence of flies is possible despite the solutions in place.
