About this apartment rental
Put your bags down in this very nice villa in residence! Its proximity to the beach makes it an ideal asset for a successful stay!
Enter its functional kitchen area open to the living room. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, even on holiday... A 2-burner induction hob, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer section, a dishwasher and a washing machine...
The veranda is a sitting area with a flat screen TV.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and an independent toilet, on the ground floor.
A Japanese staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and a bathroom with shower and electric towel rail.
Sit on the terrace for a quiet lunch and enjoy the sun!
An outside shower for the return from the beach...
You have a private parking space n° 13, not negligible!
WIFI ACCESS - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N°13 - TERRACE - TERRACE FURNITURE
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
