Pääosin oikein puhdasta ja hintaansa nähden hyvät mahdollisuudet laittaa ruokaa, tilaa on runsaasti ja ilmastointi löytyy.
Kiukaaseen pitäisi laittaa enemmän kiviä, ei pidä lämpöä kauhean hyvin ja hiukan huono kun vesi pääsee aivan suorana lämpöritilään. Myös mahdollinen harkinta kannattaisi olla siivouspalvelu hintaan mukaan, astiat olivat jotkut hiukan likaisia ja pölyä oli nurkissa jonkun verran, kun imuria ei selvästi olla liikaa käytetty.

Lähellä oli kiva ulkoilureitti.
Asunto oli unohtunut siivota. Asiaa korjattiin mut vielä jäi siivottavaa. Talo oli vähän vaikea löytää. Auton navikka ei löytänyt katua. Sen verran uusi alue, mut onneksi oli paikallistuntemusta.
