bilo with heated outdoor hot tub and solarium is part of the vacation
home complex Il Giardino dei Gelsi, with parking spaces and automatic
gate.
The house is independent, equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, mosquito nets on windows. Barbecue is shared, pets allowed.
Two-room apartment with Jacuzzi and 4 beds for rent in Caprarica di Lecce
The
two-room apartment is self-contained and independent, although adjacent
to the other vacation homes in the villa. Of exclusive pertinence is
the outdoor heated hot tub, positioned on the veranda of exclusive pertinence and furnished with sun loungers for solarium.
There is also a veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The
interiors are lovely, furnished and with attention to detail. Access is
by electronic card. Entrance is into living room with open kitchen
complete with induction hob, dining room, TV, air conditioning and 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to 1 double bedroom, also air conditioned, and the shower room.
The surroundings of Il Giardino dei Gelsi in Caprarica di Lecce
Il Giardino dei Gelsi is a large fenced property located in the small town of Caprarica di Lecce, about 10 minutes by car from the city of Lecce.
Caprarica`s
main square and the municipal park with its enclosed goats are just a
300-meter walk away, and all services are within easy reach.
Caprarica is small but very lively in terms of culture and entertainment. The nearest beaches are those of San Foca and Torre dell`Orso, about 15 km away.
- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Hot tub available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared barbecue.
