With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property offers the ideal space for comfort and enjoyment. The interior terrace is an exceptional spot to gather, featuring a glass wine cellar with a selection of wines, and an entertainment area with two sofa beds, a TV, a home theater system, and a fireplace—creating the perfect atmosphere for movie nights.
The exterior features a stunning private pool, a modern terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a sink, and an electric fireplace—ideal for enjoying summer evenings. There is also a propane fireplace that adds warmth and coziness for any occasion.
Important Information:
• You will be provided with your own door code, granting you access to the entire property during your stay.
• There is ample parking on the property, with a large driveway that can accommodate 5 to 6 cars.
• Please do not disturb or annoy the neighbors.
• Parties and events are NOT allowed in the house. Keep the noise level low to ensure there are no disturbances.
• No pets allowed.
• No additional guests without prior approval. Please inform us of all guests in advance to avoid extra charges.
Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. Smoking inside the house will result in a $ $500 cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. If these rules are violated, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed, and you will be asked to leave the property.
Other Important Rules:
• NO shoes allowed inside the house.
• Do not move the furniture.
• Do not stand on the furniture.
• Do not use towels to clean makeup or shoes.
• Please report any spills or damage immediately.
• The pool is not heated.
• By using the pool, you agree to take full responsibility for your safety.
- There is an additional charge of $ $100, which covers only the use of the grill (propane is not included).
Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. However, we can try to accommodate a later check-out if requested in advance and if no new guests are scheduled.
Important Reminders:
• Please turn off all lights and close all doors before leaving. To properly close the main door, pull it forward and press the Yale lock to secure it.
Optional Experiences (for registered guests only)
Guests may request personalized and beautifully decorated experiences—exclusively for the guests included in the booking (maximum 10 people):
• Romantic dinner setup with candles and elegant décor
• Beautifully decorated poolside picnic
• Themed bedroom decorations for birthdays or anniversaries
• Intimate candlelight or floral setups for special occasions
These experiences are not parties or events but rather private setups designed for relaxation and enjoyment within the house rules.

Back yard space was an amazing place to relax and spend our mornings together visiting. Check-in email said there would be an additional 100 charge to use the outdoor grill but the vending machines did work. The home’s security system(s) let us feel very safe and comfortable.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Great house, pool, outdoor kitchen. What did it for our group was the outdoor living room. Ample bedrooms, and room for many. Stocked with everything. The neighborhood doesn't look like the best, but the HOUSE is a hidden gem. We had no problems with the neighbors or the neighborhood. The house is close to everything. Very peaceful, cozy and quiet. Their is a fee to utilize the outdoor barbecue grill. Other than that everything was great.Definitely a must stay. It's a hidden oasis

All in all the place was very adequate. I’ll start with the good. Ample space to accommodate our group of three adults and 4 kids. Outdoor tv and pool sitting area was a nice place to relax. Now for the challenges: Host communication was difficult with delays in answering our questions. We didn’t get the check in info until 10min before check in time which made it hard to plan and raised questions as to if we would receive it at all. Also there was no check out instructions or house manual. The kitchen had certain well stocked items like a keurig and pods, but extremely lacking in cooking supplies, pots, pans, spatula, etc. also no dish soap, or garbage bags that fit the trash can. Hot water ran out quickly. Seating arrangement in the house was odd, and there was no dining table. Property description stated that there is a dishwasher, but in reality there is not one. Property description states that there is a grill, but on check in it is stated that there will be a charge to use and you must provide your own propane. This was not listed in the property description. So, again we did enjoy our stay but the host needs to do beater to address the above issues and communicate better.
