The location was excellent - bright, well-lit accommodations conveniently located near the conference venue we were attending.
Communication & Check-in Process:
The property manager's communication was lacking and unprofessional. While check-in procedures were mentioned, essential supplies were insufficient - specifically inadequate paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, and bath towels.
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, and there was no coffee mugs and 2 plastic plates with scratches available for guests.
