About this house rental
House located in a large garden of 2000m² facing the sea will allow you to take full advantage of the 180° view of the bay of Brest from the main rooms and terraces.
Quiet place that will allow you to relax and rest while admiring the passage of the boats on the harbour.
The house has four bedrooms, 1 of which is on the first floor with direct access to the garden.
On the first floor: you will find the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with direct access to the terraces. Fully equipped for 6 people (electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tassimo...) INTERNET. WIFI.
Upstairs: - 1 large bedroom of 16 m² with a large bed 160 X 200 opening onto a terrace with a sea view as well, - 1 bedroom with a bed of 90, 1 place bed with 1 baby bed., - 1 bedroom with a bed of 140.
Outside: Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, children's games, terraces-balcony, enclosed garden with swing, parking, garage ..)
Equipment: Baby accessories (bed, bath, high chair, booster seat, safety gate upstairs, etc.). Table tennis table and rackets available.
Close to many hiking trails, GR 34, mountain bike circuits, many tourist sites. Water activities nearby: sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sea fishing, diving, sea trips. Small port with slipways. Small grocery store, creperie in the center of the village. Close to departures for the islands (Ouessant, Molène, Sein) from the Easter holidays. Decreasing rate depending on the length of stay.
Holiday vouchers accepted.

The sea views were every bit as lovely as we hoped. Some gorgeous sunrises (yes sunrises, this is on one of the few places in Brittany that face east).The garden was large and looks out over the bay with a pair of binoculars supplied to watch the boats and birdlife.Also wonderfully quiet and rural with very little light pollution so the stars on clear nights are spectacular.All very comfy.The owner and neighbour are very helpful and did all they could to fix a problem with the WiFi that occurred.A minor distraction was a faint petrol smell leaking in from the garage. I couldn't smell it although my wife could.Overall we had a lovely time. I would come here again, probably with the family.
