This is my 4th time here. Love the place, very quiet and the staff is always smiling and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and the food is amazing

What stands out is that the service provided by the staff is simply outstanding. I knew about Reddy family. Each family member had breakfast with me and my wife. They have many repeat customers who stay for 2 to 3 months at a time. Location is central.

The setting is lovely, situated in a quiet tree-lined neighbourhood. The dining area is nice, with a variety of reasonably priced meals.
Staff were good, and very helpful.
However, I would not consider it a luxury hotel. Rooms are outdated and fixtures are old. The towels provided were threadbare. I used the 2 teabags and they were not replenished.
The biggest issue was the abundance of mosquitoes in my room. Although there was a mosquito zapper, it only worked when the room was occupied. In the mornings I'd wake to several dead mosquitos, but there would still be many circulating constantly. I had to sleep with my head under the sheet.
When my visit came to an end, I left the hotel covered in mosquito bites.
