About this space
Third row back/ 250' from the ocean. Enjoy private beaches and seaside walking trails right from your condo. Enjoy the agricultural side of St. Thomas or explore the whole island and hit the tourism hot-spots. All easily done with a rental car. Be aware that Dorothea Beach Condos is not a resort, there are no restaurants/bars or groceries accessible without a car! It is however, a safe residential community with friendly dogs, polite children, chickens, deer, iguanas etc. Pets allowed.
The space
King bed bedroom with spacious living room. The space is designed with lightweight furniture for easy space customization including space for blow-up twin mattresses for the kids. Simply slide the furniture to make room. The general grounds are well kept, but this is not the Ritz. Some buildings need some painting. All is clean and very safe though. You will hear dogs, kids and chickens. Neighbors and locals are very polite and friendly.

One of the best things about Dorothea Condos is the location. Dorothea Beach itself (half sand half pebbles) is a surfing beach in the winter and calm in the summer. There is a nice hiking path leaving the beachside left and to Dorothea Point for beautiful ocean views (see photos) . If you are looking for a pristine sandy unspoiled beach (as in no homes or condos, no resort etc.) there is a .4 mile trail from the back west corner of the condos to beautiful Nejeltyberg Beach. The snorkeling is fantastic all along the northside, including Dorothea and Nejeltyberg. We have several masks, snorkels and fins for your use. The car ferry to St John is $60 from RedHook and hourly daily. St John is a great day trip. There is so much to do on St. Thomas and the people of this island are polite, well mannered, fantastic people. This B2B Dorothea Condo unit is 250 feet to the beach. This is a residential family community so please be respectful to your neighbors !!!
