    Clean, spacious room, a private pool. Seaside. That's good enough for me. Things to improve - front wall should be more private, and a seaside bar would be great.

    Arrived expecting a 2 night stay after looking at the photos on website, unfortunately they are not recent photos. The hotel is very run down, beach is full of building materials not somewhere you would like to sit and relax. Restaurant is way below standard of what is expected of a 4 star hotel with dirty plastic table covers. Room was clean enough but having to lock the door with a padlock is again unacceptable for a 4 star resort. The spa doesn't exist although you can book a massage in your room. The hotel is also very remote. We checked out after only one night. Would not recommend

    The hotel has great potential. The rooms are spacious, the location is by the sea, and the rooms are clean, but they need some improvements. The hotel area also needs a bit of investment — there should be a supermarket, and the food options are very limited or even nonexistent. There is no halal food available. There should be a microwave in the room or at least a small kitchenette, especially since the hotel is far from all services. At the very least, I should be able to return and cook something or heat a meal. As I said, the place has the potential to be one of the best hotels in Phuket, but it needs some investment and small improvements in standards and specifications. A tourism activities desk and a hotel shuttle service to and from central Phuket at specific times would make a big difference. Overall, the place is very good — it just needs a bit of investment.
