Perfect stopover location for early morning ferry.

Have stayed here a couple of times now - it is always spotlessly clean, staff are very polite, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Really good choice for breakfast. Bar is reasonably priced with a fair selection. Parking is free. Ideally located for Brittany Ferries.

Nothing - really is very very good. They have pretty much everything covered for a comfortable overnight stay. They are also close to some very good restaurants in Ouistreham. Nothing more to add.

The en-suite bathroom/toilet had a translucent wall between it and the bedroom, at night the light in the en-suite illuminates the whole bedroom; travelling alone, that's acceptable, but if I was travelling with my partner it would have woken them up, which is not.

Lovely secure hotel. We recommend this hotel for ferry passengers.

We were pleased to have the secure parking. The room we were given was on the ground floor and we were grateful not to have to go up stairs although we are quite capable! The twin room was a good size and the shower room was lovely. The receptionist had booked us into the restaurant next door, which was very nice. We were booked on the early ferry so we did not stay for breakfast.

I could not think of anything we did not like.

Very convenient hotel

Very easy and short drive to the Brittany ferries port from hotel. Very quiet location. Good breakfast which started at 6.00am - good for early ferry. Room smallish but very comfortable. Easy parking.

Delicious dinner but quantities far too large. Onion soup was lovely but could have done with half the quantity of cheese.

Great location and lovely staff. The room was clean and tidy and all facilities well kept. I was very late arriving and the gentleman who welcomed me was very efficient and helpful. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

The beds were comfortable but due to the mattress protector it felt a little ‘sweaty’. It also took about 5 minutes for the hot water to get to the shower in the morning but I was leaving very early so I did wonder if the boiler had only just turned on. Otherwise, no complaints.

Breakfast was quite good for continental. Location is excellent for those using the port, but also quiet and fairly secluded but with easy access to facilities.

Super close to the ferry port and not too far from the lovely town of Ouisterham. A great way to finish off our holiday and nice to also have access to the pool which our son loved! Lovely staff too.
