Beautiful place, impeccable unit. Limited time for facilities.
The living unit was impeccably clean, well designed and tasteful, and extremely comfortable for our family of 7. We had three different floors to accomodate us, each one almost having a room to themselves, with 2 bathrooms and showers, one for each floor (except top). Kitchen fully equipped and clean. The gardens surrounding are amazingly kept, quiet and tranquility. The place's facilities are extremely clean and well kept (Pool, sauna, billiard room). The host was very attentive to our requests.
The host was obviously very caring and attentive to the facilities cleanliness, However, It would have been recommended to clearly mention on Booking the *very limited* hours for using the facilities, which were the reason we chose this place, arriving with teenage kids who were waiting just for that. As it's location is quite far from everything, we figured we would spend much time at the facilities, but we couldn't because of mis-communicated information before booking it: Pool was not private (although listed as private) - and open only from 11am, late if you want to have a morning swim before leaving for your day's trip. Sauna, jacuzzi and gym - Open only from 4pm to 8pm, you have to sign-up, you only get one hour. Billiard room was beautiful - but open only till 9pm (very early when you have light till almost 23pm and you want to have a game after dinner). Everything around using those facilities was accompanied by some misunderstandings with the hosts (as we are not French) and we felt it to be somewhat un-pleasant. We were also asked to sign a paper rental contract upon arrival, which is not mentioned on Booking and I've been never asked before.
