The fact that the main door is unlock during the day, homeless can come in anytime. We experience a homeless man in the staircase sitting there starting to do drugs. To avoid the situation you just need to lock the outside door, and type you code to get in.

The place is beautiful and was on a street lit during the day and the night. The whole place is very well designed.

The property lacks central air conditioning, and only two of the four rooms have wall-mounted units. Because one bedroom was completely unusable due to the extreme heat, our group of five adults and a child had to crowd into the cooler rooms, with several of us forced to sleep on the floor. ​Additionally, the apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. If accessibility is a priority—especially if you are traveling with young children or elders with limited mobility—navigating these steep stairs daily will be a major challenge.
