Tropical Hideaway Amazing 3 Bed Oasis with Pool

Very clean and tidy great location

On 2nd floor no elevator, long walk with heavy bags. Corridor poorly kept.

I liked the tub that I was able to soak in. I liked the washer and dryer being available. I liked the flat screens that were available in each bedroom.

I didn’t like the difficulty in getting in the building. I didn’t like the filthy concrete floors in the hallway. I didn’t like the fact that there were stairs. This wasn’t disclosed until after I booked it. This was important for me to know as I receive disability and have issues with stairs. I didn’t like the fact that the door did not have an inside latch for the door. I was very nervous my first night, because I felt like anyone with code could come in whenever they wanted. I really did not like the fact that communication was really difficult with the host. I tried contacting them before I booked to ask questions, but I really didn’t get anyone. Once I booked the place I called and text many times with no answer, but the host did respond pretty good via chat on the website. I didn’t like the fact that I had to clean up before I could get comfortable. The leather sofa was so dirty, i bought cleaning supplies and I scrubbed one half of it, but I didn’t have the energy to do the other half. I scrubbed and sanitized the tub, all of the counters, the refrigerator handles and microwave handles, which were dirty.. I hate that I never found the pool or the grill.
