It's a very nice and modern apartment in a nice set of buildings with a pool in the middle. It's well equipped and spacious, with parking and security service. It also has a nice terrace on the inner side overlooking the pool.
On the back side it's bordering on a building site for new apartment buildings, but that will probably be over in some months or a year - even now it's not overly disturbing or noisy. The apartment also requires some carpentry maintenance as some doors and cabinets are hard to close.
