It was comfortable and I felt safe. Very clean. Was what I needed for my business trip.
Communication was excellent.
I only had small issues, but not major. The only thing the kitchen lacked was an oven tray to cook on. Not a train smash.
The shower head in the bathroom definitely needs replacing.
My biggest issue was the cleaners coming in while I was there for lunch.
They came in, cleaned for a little then sat on the couch eating and watching videos while I was there. I felt very uncomfortable, I feel it would be best to state that cleaning services will come during a certain time.
