Exceptional stay at this wonderful peaceful Villa.

We had a Wonderful stay here. We stayed here at the beginning of September, so just after the main season. The Host, Maria was excellent. She was very polite, she spoke English, always asked if we needed anything and made sure we had a wonderful stay. She also gave us a contact for a taxi service that took us to the airport that was fairly priced (55-60 eur). The location of the Villa is on the side of the little city, therefor it was very quite. The room were small (but for a couple it was perfect size) but very clean, we didn't find any spots from spilled drinks, hair, mold or anything. The room was equipped with an AC that worked and was very much needed, a TV with local channels, a mini fridge and some simple cookware. We also had a balcony that we used to dry our clothes. The bathroom was clean and very well equipped. Overall, we had a fantastic, very relaxing stay without any problems or hiccups. I would advise anyone who is looking for a quite and slow vacation to mentally relax to book this Villa. The beach is about 4 minutes away from Villa which was also great. Regarding food, there are many restaurants in the city that have good prices (our favorite was "Ladokolla at Dionysiou", great prices and delicious taste). There is also small supermarket with basic supplies. To conclude, the best vacation that we ever experienced.

We had no problems, in this section I will just write some advice to keep in mind if you want to stay here. 1. Keep in mind that in Greece they throw out toilet paper in a trash bin, not in the toilet. 2. Bring a mosquito repellent. After sunset there were a quite the number of mosquitos on the balcony. 3. Don't be afraid to talk to the locals. Everyone we met was super nice and helpful, especially in restaurants. 4. Be prepared to see cats everywhere. I don't know why this is, but there are many cats that like sit by your side in restaurants, expecting you give them food, but they are not aggressive or anything (quite cute actually) 5. The small town this Villa is located in is quite calm and there are not many attractions available, so if you are looking for a never sleeping city this is not it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place – we will definitely be back!

The apartments are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent – with a car, everything you need is just 5 minutes away. It is clear that Marija takes great care of the property, everything is perfectly maintained. She is extremely attentive and always ready to help her guests with anything they might need. Thanks to Marija’s warm hospitality, we truly felt at home during our stay – she was like a Greek mama to us! We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, and we are sure we will return to Marija again.

Peace, Comfort, and Greek Hospitality at Its Best!

We stayed at the “Peaceful Villa” from July 11 to 18 and have nothing but positive things to say! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained - we have rarely experienced an apartment in such mint condition. Everything you need was there: a fridge, microwave, hob, dishes, a small blender for frapé (very practical!), air conditioning, toiletries, a hairdryer and a balcony with table, chairs and parasol. There is also a communal washing machine, which we were able to use - everything worked perfectly. The location is also great: supermarket, petrol station, car wash, beach and restaurants are all less than a kilometer away. Only the nearby road can be heard occasionally - otherwise it is very quiet, which fits the name of the villa perfectly. 😊 Our host Maria was a particular highlight: our navigation gave us the wrong directions, but one phone call was all it took and she came straight out to greet us warmly. Throughout our stay, the contact was warm, informal and incredibly helpful. She immediately provided us with everything we needed. Her caring nature and the friendly atmosphere really made our stay special - it was hard to say goodbye and we really took Maria and her family to our hearts. 💙 The building itself is an older villa that has been freshly and stylischly renovated - with modern comforts, good water pressure and hot water at all times. We would come back anytime and will most likely do so on our next vacation in Greece!!! Highly recommended - 5 out of 5 stars!

warmherzig und hilfsbereit

Die Gastgeberin, Maria, war sehr warmherzig und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich! Als Alleinreisender fühlte ich mich stets gut untergebracht, nach neuen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche wurde ich rechtzeitig gefragt. Zum Abschied gab es noch kleine Geschenke (Honig, Oliven, Oregano), was mich sehr gefreut hat.

Die Matratze war schon älteren Baujahres und könnte bald mal erneuert werde. Die Anlage liegt in einer Straßenkurve, deshalb hatte ich Scheinwerferlicht im Zimmer, aber es gibt einen Rolladen. Die Straße ist nachts nicht sehr befahren, sodass ich dennoch recht gut schlafen konnte.

Gazda foarte amabila, atenta la nevoile noastre si dispusa sa ne ajute cu toate informatiile necesare. Locatia la 5 minute de plaja, foarte curat, modern, dar cu un aer rustic. In apropiere, zona de promenada si restaurante cu vedere la mare si preturi destul de ok. Pentru noi a fost o experienta perfecta, fiind pentru prima data in aceasta zona.
