Appalachian Cabin- Trout Stream Firepit Hot Tub

Beautiful peaceful location in the woods! Very few neighbors, nice and quiet tucked back in nature. Cabin is well equipped with everything you need for your stay including high speed Internet. Soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day was a fantastic way to unwind. My wife is already talking about returning for another weekend this winter!

We loved everything!

We loved that it was secluded. It felt like a really old, rustic, true cabin. Everything inside was warm & welcoming. From the furniture to the decor, every element felt special. All info & accomidations were well thought out. It was just the right size for our family of 4 plus a friend. It was so peaceful. The purpose of our trip was to go tubbing at Catercay River Experience which is about a 30 minute drive away. There's little to no cell service out there (until you're inside & connect to wifi) so have all your codes, instructions, etc. in order prior to arrival. The owners were quick to respond with questions. My husband & I are already discussing a return trip for just us to this cabin. We LOVED it.

Owners were awesome and very friendly. Provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tube off the deck being able to look up at the sky was awesome. The house was beautiful.

I am not much of a walk or hiker and the stream was more like a creek. It was not too bad walking to it but the walk back up was a hike for me lol once I seen there wouldn't be much fishing going on there I only did it once. But it wasn't a deal breaker we had a great time regardless.
