La casa d'Amare

The apartment itself was exceptional. It is very large, spacious and spotlessly clean, with efficient air conditioning in every room. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we honestly have no complaints or suggestions for improvement. Having a parking space directly in front of the building was extremely convenient. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even though we arrived very late at night. The apartment is also located very close to the beach, shops and other amenities.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment itself. Marcelli is not the most charming seaside village, although it is conveniently located close to the beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo. The location and value for money are the only reasons I didn’t give it a full 10. Overall, it is a beautiful, spacious apartment that fully matches the description.

Lokalita hned u silnice, takže poměrně hluk, ale to jen v obývací části. Ložnice jsou na druhou stranu, úpony klid. Parkování zdarma přímo před objektem. Ubytování prostorné, čisté, klimatizace vychladí prostory. Nebydlíte na pláži, ale vše je v docházkové vzdálenosti.

Drobnosti ve vybavení, které byly hned řešeny s majitelkou, není potřeba je tady rozepisovat. Majitelka je mimochodem velmi vstřícná a neustále připravená na telefonu.

Siamo stati solo una notte, eravamo di passaggio ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! Pulizia al top, attenzione ai dettagli, la signora Isabel molto generosa e disponibile. La pozione ottima, piccola passeggiata fino al mare, parcheggio sotto casa! Ottimo!! Da tornare sicuramente!!

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, confortevole e finemente arredato con gusto. È situato in una posizione strategica, nei pressi del centro di Marcelli di Numana, vicino ai principali servizi e a due passi dal mare: si arriva comodamente a piedi in due minuti sia agli stabilimenti balneari che alla spiaggia libera. La sig.ra Isabel, dotata di gentilezza e discrezione, ci ha offerto una accogliente ospitalità, dispensando tanti suggerimenti utili per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Grazie di tutto! Ritornerei anche domani🥰
