Nice place for a longer stay or even just an overnight.

We just needed an overnight stay and the location was very convenient for us. I bet it's hopping in the summer.

Drives are very narrow and parking is probably really scarce in the high season.

The poolwas good and good food at back bar

The place was dirty the shed cos that's all you can call it must've been the oldest dirtiest one they had .room staff were lovely reception staff rude .no kettle they did come in with one but what good if there is no mugs etc. Asked if we could get sheets and towels replaced they wanted 15 euros per pile. The cushions were flat and uncomfortable for 1week at 600 pounds it was awful below are pics of the bathroom felt like we were in a shed .not happy and when I said they said they could upgrade us if we pay the difference .it was advertised as an air b n b it is a campsite .the pictures given ate not like the place was

Wish we had booked for longer!

Really lovely family feeling accommodation. Staff were amazing. It had so much there and really everything you would need. We got an upgrade when we arrived too which was a beautiful surprise. Great location, easy bus ride to Rome

The noise in the room at nighttime was a bit annoying, there were alot of rattles within the room. I did not like the shower, it did not feel clean, I wore my flip-flops as I didn't want to walk on it with my bare feet. The pool needs a clean, it was thick with algae round the edges which was not pleasent. But these are little issues, I would stay again and had a lovely time

Swimmingpool was really nice and location wasn't bad, just 20min from centrum.

Very old, in bad condition. Outside furniture were broken and glued few times. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Smell of mould. Picture are made loooooong time ago, doesn't look like that. They should renew lots

The area was quiet and surrounded by gardens.

There were very limited dining options surrounding the grounds. Also the train was not running during our stay and the bus takes approx 1hr to get into the city.

Our door didn’t lock from the moment we arrived. I went and reported it to reception but it was never fixed. We came and went to our bungalow without being able to lock the door. We went to bed at night without being able to lock the door. I wasn’t happy with that

The restaurant and services

Everything, from services to care. I don't know if it was because of being an African citizen, starting with the service, there is only one employee with friendly service and without mentioning a name it is easy to identify. As for the bongolow, they must have given me the worst of all, with the floor stained by water seeping into the hall and one of the bedrooms, faulty air conditioning, lots of dust, no microwave to even heat up a quick meal, no kettle water i.e. the kitchen is poorly equipped, the hifi service is terrible, it only works at the reception entrance. When checking out, I had to walk from bongolow 125 on foot for 10 minutes at 3 am to carry my bags with a child because there is no luggage service (a service that is listed on the website and was mentioned by an employee who left of existing since covid) and they didn't even let the taxi that came to pick me up come in to help. The price paid for the services rendered from my point of view did not meet expectations.
