We were 6 people and we had an amazing experience at Flaminio village. The staff, facility and service everything was perfect and I am sure we will be going there again for a longer stay. Highly recommended for families with kids because our son is obsessed with this place.

We just needed an overnight stay and the location was very convenient for us. I bet it's hopping in the summer.
Drives are very narrow and parking is probably really scarce in the high season.

The restaurant and services
Everything, from services to care. I don't know if it was because of being an African citizen, starting with the service, there is only one employee with friendly service and without mentioning a name it is easy to identify. As for the bongolow, they must have given me the worst of all, with the floor stained by water seeping into the hall and one of the bedrooms, faulty air conditioning, lots of dust, no microwave to even heat up a quick meal, no kettle water i.e. the kitchen is poorly equipped, the hifi service is terrible, it only works at the reception entrance. When checking out, I had to walk from bongolow 125 on foot for 10 minutes at 3 am to carry my bags with a child because there is no luggage service (a service that is listed on the website and was mentioned by an employee who left of existing since covid) and they didn't even let the taxi that came to pick me up come in to help. The price paid for the services rendered from my point of view did not meet expectations.
