It was well located and cool in side on a warm day. Ther was a problem with the water heater but a person from the hotel came and looked at it but could not fix it but the service was good
It was very difficult to find and the door was not markd as it was sent to us. So we did not know wich bell to ring and just took a change and rang the bell
The water heater did not work so we could not take a shower.

Apartamento bem equipado, com tudo o que é necessário, tinha também torradeira e máquina do café com cápsulas para cada uma de nós, assim como os produtos de higiene. Tudo muito agradável e limpo, uma boa opção para quando voltar a Veneza. Tivemos também a possibilidade de deixar as malas antes do ckeck-in, o que nos facilitou muito.
Talvez só as janelas não poderem ser abertas, por razoes de segurança uma vez que é um piso térreo.

It’s close to the Sta Lucia Train station.
Incomplete instruction upon checking in. They missed the part that you need to press the buzzer.
Has washing machine but no washing soap. I asked for it but they refused to provide saying they haven’t got it.
Was wanting my card details to charge the tourist tax lucky i had cash with me.
The apartment looks primo but the ladel was dirty.
Customer service could be better.
