Kyoto Apartment - Eleganza moderna vicino alle meraviglie del Garda

We liked that the videos for getting the keys, throw the garbage and maintaining a proper apartment instructions were very clear. I also liked that on Whatsapp I could ask questions and receive answers immediately, the management team was very prompt and ready to help.

The location was in a quiet building but around it a huge block of flats was building so there was a lot of noise since early morning. In the apartment there were many facilities but an iron would have definitely been much appreciated. Also, the batteries for the 3 remote controls should be checked regularly.

Location. You can walk to town and shops easily. The size of the unit was good.

Noise from the railway and the construction site, as soon as you open a door. Forget about sitting on the balcony. No blanket or duvet for the bed. Only a bed sheet. We requested a blanket. No reply. Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty. So was the floor. Couldn't find detergent for washing machine and dish washer. No kitchen towels. Gates for car entry could only be opened after getting the unit key. I'll stop here. The unit could be improved easily to make life easier for visitors and provide a great experience. We have stayed in many apartments throughout Europe before. What we experienced here is not necessary.

Apartament bardzo ładnie rozwiązany. Można wydzielić dwie strefy. Dzienną i nocną. Cisza i spokój. A jednak blisko do jeziora i centrum miasteczka. Wygląd apartamentu taki sam jak na zdjeciach. Polecamy.
