BeachFront Villa - La Casa del Mar

Outdoor space and location was excellent and the communication with the host was very good. Issue with pool was rectified straight away. We would stay again.

The property itself could do with a little bit of TLC (e.g painting, replacement curtains and poles, kitchen unit door & kitchen sliding doors and handles etc).

Good location facing the sea front

Outside area not kept free of debris from flaking paint and building materials likewise fallen leaves left in pile to scatter into outside eating and pool/lounge area. A small kitchen table would have meant the dining table could be moved into the lounge/dining room. It should be appreciated that the weather being extremely windy didn't help in preventing this although clearing leaves and debris could have prevented some.

Location, view and quiet but accessible

Generally required maintenance, plus bathroom mouldy

The house is in best location in front to the ocean in a quiet street and nice neighborhood in walking distance to the town. The terrace is nice and the pool small but good for refreshing.

The interior of the house is a little outdated, the living room empty either no table at all and overall the interior is missing charms. Further black fungus in one shower and bathroom having a bad smelling ever 1 or 2 days.
