Nice apartment directly at the Marina pier. Great terrace with a view over the marina. Public, very good beach within a few 100 meters. Shopping very close by - lots of restaurants. Easy parking outside - there was a private parking too - we did not use it.
We were a bit surprised that the apartment was situated directly over a restaurant and close to a bar. Be prepared for quite a bit of activity and some noise from people passing along the pier below and enjoying the summer. No emergency exit from the 1st-level room. The shower is a steep step up and not disability friendly. There are some steps outside to climb too.

la vista della grande finestra del soggiorno è bellissima. Molto carina la casa, i colori e l'arredamento , pur non essendo grandissima gli spazi sono ben divisi. Posizione ottima .
considerata la location , una pulizia più attenta sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta

La vista dal terrazzo, la cucina super attrezzata, la mansarda con tanto spazio per le nostre figlie
Niente. Aggiungerei solo alcuni piccoli “comfort”: un cestino in bagno, uno specchio in camera o in soggiorno, delle tende oscuranti in sala per non far entrare troppa luce al mattino.
