Struttura ristrutturata da poco e ben arredata. Buona la pulizia. Ingresso dalla corte interna, tipo casa di ringhiera, con vari spazi esterni con tavolini e sedie a disposizione, abbastaza silenziosi. Parcheggi pubblici gratuiti antistanti. Nei giorni di mercato, dalle 3 alle 20, vietato parcheggiare negli spazi del mercato e dalle 8 alle 19 parcheggio orario, 1 ora, nelle restanti zone. Stazione di "BustoArsizio Nord" a 600 metri. 1 Km dal centro che è ben curato e ricco di negozi e locali.
Mancanza delle tende in camera da letto che sono essenziali soprattutto nei giorni di mercato (giovedì e sabato), di uno specchio a piena altezza, di una macchinetta del caffè a cialde o a capsule, è presente la moka, e soprattutto di una scrivania o un tavolino in camera da letto. Mancanza della lavastoviglie, comoda per un soggiorno un po' più lungo.

Struttura nuovissima, appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, cucina accessoriata, letti molto comodi
Non presente l’ascensore e soprattutto la porta d’ingresso alla camera fatta di vetro che rendeva visibili tutte le luci esterne notturne rendendo impossibile dormire.
