Location to beach, marina, mall, restaurants. Place was cute and cozy. Close to hotel where events were.
Not much, everything was fine. Mom had a hard time going up and down stairs.

LOCATION is fantastic! If you want to be near all that Cabo has to offer for a fraction of the price, this is the place to be! You can see the marina at the end of the street and Medano Beach is just around the corner. The mall (with grocery store) is right across the street, yet the property was so peaceful. There are only a handful of rentals and the pool was mostly empty when we were there. This unit has a full kitchen, which is amazingly stocked! Everything you could ever need, including spices, oil, etc. Incredible outdoor eating space (very private with beautiful greenery). Washer/dryer, beach umbrella & great beach chairs. We couldn't have asked for more. Communication with "LU" was great and he was easy to connect with. Free/secure onsite parking with clicker for gate.
