Nice hotel in the centre of town. Chalet feeling throughout with a lot of wood finishes adding to a very "wintery" vibe (stayed during summer).
Good location in the centre of town.
Breakfast is excellent with good variety.
Parking onsite (free).
Whilst not an issue in winter, we stayed during a summer heatwave and the room has no AC.
The beds are not the most comfortable - slightly worn.
Service is the main let-down at this property, whilst friendly in general it was difficult to get any requests fulfilled. On arrival our room, despite being booked for 2 people, was only prepared for 1 person (singular towel, linen, slippers etc.) and despite multiple attempts to get the staff to rectify this it was never done during our two night stay.

The hotel is very cosy, rooms look nice, breakfast was reach
Wifi did not work at all, seemingly for a long time. Staff was not helpful and was not able to offer any compensation for inconvenience. Spa is small, old and noisy (many families with kids); for the finish sauna I am not sure the temperature was properly regulated. Gym is almost non-existent and equipment is very old.
