Très bon contact avec la propriétaire (échanges fluides et simples). Possibilité de garer le véhicule facilement et en sécurité. Logement qui convient parfaitement à une famille, bien équipé.
Absence de rideaux sur les velux.

Logement joliment décoré avec tout ce qu'il y a besoin. Trois chambres séparées.
La troisième chambre est un canapé lit qui grince au moindre mouvement. Et il manque des stores au velux mais la propriétaire a dit qu'ils allaient être mis en place.

Pratique, même si l’appartement n’est pas situé dans un quartier central, mais plus dans un quartier résidentiel, le nécessaire est à disposition , l’appartement reste confortable
Nous n’avons pas apprécié qu’il n’y ait pas de rideau ou volets sur les VELUX, nous n’avons pas apprécié faire le ménage après les anciens locataires en retrouvant des cheveux et des ongles sous le lit de la chambre du rez-de-chaussée
