They asked me for breakfast at what time and i told them and i was sleeping the 1st day and when i asked for it later they just said you were sleeping, they didnt offer to give it to me when i asked for it even when it was still in the morning, and the rest of the trip they never bought it, just asked me as im leaving every morning " so no breakfast?" i guess they didnt understand that i needed it earlier as i leave everyday at 8 but first day i said 8, but then never discssed with me.

their english wasnt so good, they didnt offer to clean my room unless i asked and they didnt have a room key i had to give my room key inorder for them to clean my room. the spray in the bathroom was leaking everytime i used it so my baathroom was flooded if i used it i told them but they just said oh ok . its ok just they didnt understand.

If you want a real experience of Noida, look no further. Lovely, kind staff who worked hard to ensure a great stay. Room service was great, with good prices and reasonable times, great location nearby a major shopping centre and markets. Room was clean and tidy, well renovated

However be aware - no hot water for the shower, no fridge in the room, and lots of mosquitos - I went home covered in bites, despite bringing repellant and purchasing mosquito spray.

The location of the property was very good and the property was very clean.

Location - On the road, prominent and easy to locate. Features and amenities look quite up market and asthetic.

Security Issue - Access Card Not provided for the room citing technical issue. This is serious safety issue. I managed since I had to just stay for the night and being a solo traveller. This lapse is absolute no go. Stayed in room 103. Staff & Service Issue - Missing Toiletries and Towels, No Intercom, had to walk down to reception to ask for it, keeping the door unlocked as no access Card was provided. Tariff included Breakfast, which was again challenged by the staff citing it was not showing in their app. After showing the voucher they reluctantly agreed to provide it. Bread Omlette and Team was provided only 9.30am when was just checking out despite being reminded and ask for it serve by 8.30am.
