All in all, we would stay at this place again. With a little bit if effort it can easily be 10 out of 10. Location is perfect and we really liked the fact that we had the whole place for ourselves, so we had our own privacy. The girl that welcomed us was very nice and cooperative. Taking the keys and finding the spot was not an issue.
The only problem that we had was that the house was not clean at all when we first got there. That problem was solved second day after our arrival and we had one more cleaning and changing of the sheets and towels by the end of our stay. Kitchen really needs some updating, since it's very old together with all the utensils. Also, it would be nice to add small drying rack to the balcony, so the people can properly hang their clothes to dry.

Finding the place and receiving the keys was no issue. I really liked the location! It is such a beautiful neighborhood and very close to everything! I was traveling alone and it felt safe. I also liked the small «house» in itself. To me it was really unique to have basically three floors to yourself. The exterior and interior was well kept. Also my flight left really late on my departure date and I was allowed to stay in the accommodation until then with no extra charge. So this was extremely kind!
The biggest problem for me here was the cleanliness. I was told I was their first guest (which is probably true with the new owner of the house), but the floors and interior was dusty, there were some old stains in the toilet, the towels were completely new (the price tag was still attached meaning they hadn’t been cleaned since purchase), there were some brown stains on the duvet. The kitchen is probably the biggest issue. The cutlery and plates were fine but the rest was very dirty and outdated. There was dish soap, but nothing to clean with. They supply you with a coffee machine and capsules, but they are not compatible (small issue). It seemed a bit like they were not quite prepared to receive a guest.
