Little Bay Trees, A Home Away from Home

Excellent location for what we needed. Private entrance and separate parking. Kitchen had lots of equipment. Clean and tidy.

The only improvement I would add is that the shutters let in some light when closed so the room was quite light early in the morning.

The location was excellent for us. The closed in garden was brilliant for us, it meant our dog could go in and out as she pleases. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was very good.

Nothing everything was great for us.

Heel goed verzorgd, meer dan compleet. Er is aan veel kleine zaken aandacht gegeven: water, frisdrank, koffie, melk, koekjes, tandpasta, enzovoort. Ruime slaapkamer met goede bedden. Goede douche in ruime badkamer. Heel schoon. Zeer rustig gelegen.

De locatie op de kaart klopt niet helemaal. Het huis ligt 50 meter verder aan de linker kant. Het laatste huis van de straat.

Quiet location, and pretty much where I wanted to be. This was a newish set-up. Private, outside area (I couldn't use due to wind). Walk along the canal was pleasant to the nearby cutesy pub (expensive and out of cask ales, and food when I arrived on a Wednesday, mid afternoon) with noisy day-drinking locals, swearing in the bar area. Despite all that when the kitchen opened up later in the day it was good food.

'Kitchen' unit was too small; prep and clearing-up of anything but rudimentary snacks was cumbersome. Food items were provided I didn't want: Plus, there were insufficient numbers of what I did want for the duration of my stay. Fortunately, I brought my own items, too - and there was a shop, if horrendously expensive, nearby. Table was too small and chairs & sofa were uncomfortable, so I sat on garden furniture. TV took my HDMI flash stick - so that was ok. Wi-fi was just about strong enough for my online meetings. Beds were narrow; sleeping was sub-optimal.
