Sometimes service at the pool bar was slow but sometimes a man was working alone so completely understandable

We really enjoyed our stay here, we made use of the sauna and steam room in the spa everyday, as well as the gym. We had lunch at the pool bar a few days which was really nice! The pool area was nice and chilled. The jacuzzi bath on our balcony was lovely. The location was great, we could walk down to the main area in Puerto Rico from the hotel where there were lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely, we even got room service on one day which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a couples holiday. I received a bottle of alcohol in our room on my birthday which was very kind. Thank you!

The location (although it had many steps up/down - this didn’t bother us) was central and ideal for going out to bars and restaurants. The entire room was cleaned every day, including the jacuzzi, the balcony and the kitchenette area. The staff were extremely attentive and the free parking is ideal for those who have rented a car. We will 100% be back!

The pillows could be a lot better, even 2 pillows would’ve been nice. The one pillow that each person was given is extremely thin and not the most comfortable.

Booked superior junior suites and expected bigger rooms and balcony especially since I paid more expecting bigger. My husband stayed in normal rooms last year and was the same.

Should be tea and coffee and milk in room on arrival. Traveling all day to arrive and nothing in the room
