Lovely hotel…absolutely spotless. Really comfy bed and room. Very friendly staff. Perfect location for sea and town. Walking distance to everything so we never used our car for our 4 day stay on our travels in Spain. Amazing cafes and restaurants everywhere. Parking was literally round the corner at €12 a day in the underground carpark. Make sure you speak to the people in the kiosk to let them know your length of stay to get the discounted daily rate.
No tea or coffee in the room, a bit info on parking from reception …we had to work out for ourselves you have to speak to the people at the carpark and book you stay

The location is fabulous! Right in the heart of Dénia!
The room was super clean and comfortable… you can hear your neighbors though but we sleep with a sound machine so it do not bother us too much.

The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. However, the quality of sleep was severely compromised due to an extreme lack of sound insulation between units.
The walls are exceptionally thin, resulting in full transmission of noise, rendering earplugs ineffective. Specific noise disturbances included a family arrival with a crying baby at 1:00 AM, loud conversation from an adjacent unit at 2:00 AM, and non-stop infant crying beginning at 7:00 AM.
While the noise originates from other guests, the fundamental issue lies in the complete absence of room insulation. Guests seeking a restful night's sleep should be aware of this critical structural deficiency.
