Care house is an excellent value and a diamond in the rough. The property manager and host Anthony is a very warm, welcoming and truly caring person. His spirit of hospitality shines. The accommodations are simple but well thought out and very comfortable and clean. I would describe the home as a historic gem that is undergoing some minor cosmetic updates both inside and outside but this did not detract from the character of the home or the comfort of our stay. The neighborhood is also very conveniently located, close to stores, eateries and 15 to 20 minutes away from many of the major points of interest in the area. The other guests we encountered during our stay were also kind and friendly. This is a fantastic option for those who would like to save money on their stay and use their budget for actual experiences.
Minor cosmetic updates that are in progress. This did not create any noise and did not affect our stay but some potential guests may want to consider this. Also, the bathrooms for some accommodation options may be shared. Again this did not bother us as the bathrooms were always very clean and well stocked but visitors not used to this will need to know in advance.
