Great location and a nice bright apartment

The layout of this apartment is fantastically functional. The apartment is spacious, the available space has been used effectively. All items for daily living are available. The location is incredible with access to various shopping options for daily essentials quite close by. As well as quite direct access to and from St.Leonard's Warrior Square Station. The decor feels welcoming and warm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Scent boosters are used in the laundry for the bedding (as a person with perfume allergies, this isn't optimal for me). Some general maintenance is required: the kitchen sink being prone to splashing has caused some water damage to the surrounding cabinets in the kitchen and in the bath there are areas of the wall that would benefit from patching and repainting as well as the gaps at the base of the shower currently filled with toilet paper. The bed frame is not very stable. There is no lift: this is not an appropriate stay for people who struggle with stairs. The stairs are quite narrow as well (there is not enough room for people to comfortably pass one another on the stairs).

The property was in a good position for St Leonard’s and Hastings with amenities on doorstep. Good level of cleanliness with excellent kitchen facilities , modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The central heating worked well in what was an exceptionally cold weekend.

Sadly, there was not a comfortable seat in the lounge. A very hard futon and two small occasional chairs made it difficult to relax in comfort. Not a cosy room in the winter.
