The place was nice and in a quiet location away from all the frequent surfers paradise noise but the location was still close to it all with minimal walking distance and woolworths and other amenities practically down the road. At first it actually looked much more of a longer walk on maps but it way better than it seems.
We had some issues at first figuring out how to work the dryer but eventually figured it and it worked ok, it did take a while to actually dry clothes, but it's better than nothing. For a group of more than 4 it is a bit hard to hang around inside although there are enough sitting areas it was just a bit tight, but luckily we did spend a nice amount of time exploring surfers paradise so it wasn't our main worry.

The stay was comfortable for the price. The place was kept quite clean and tidy.
There were sone rubbish under the beds and sofa.

You can sleep and accommodate 4 people comfortably not 6.

Facilities were good and it had everything we needed.
Just a little too far to walk if you wanted to duck out to the shops quickly.
