The lights of the neighbors where very bright and the room doesn’t have any blinds

Having the entire house was great. It was extremely clean and easy to stay in. We enjoyed taking the camping chairs to the beach, and saw the sunset there. Great to wash some clothes after our extended travels.

It was difficult to find and I hope to send some info to the site so that others don't have the trouble we did to find it. Shop nearby is just for daily needs - one must shop prior to arriving here.

The location is incredible! You’re in a small village right by one of the most beautiful beaches in Japan, quiet, untouched by tourism, packed full of traditional houses with ornate roofs, vegetable plots and small shrines. Nearby is another fabulous beach for snorkeling (Myoken-ura) where we saw lots of colourful fish whilst black kites circled above. A truly beautiful area. Kaz’s place is great: huge tatami rooms, a rustic and cool feel to it, and not too modernised which we found fantastic-it felt like we living in an old temple…but warmer and with TV! (A tip for finding the place: it’s easiest to go to the road along the beach first and and go up from there and park nearby!)
